EDDIE'S BIG NIGHT OUT
Eddie's Big Night Out 2009
Saturday night 27th June was truly remarkable! Five hundred and thirty people came together at Miramare Gardens to have fun and to support our kids. The atmosphere was wonderful. The room looked sensational! Our big balloons caused a few jaws to drop. The silent auction was once again amazing with the choice of over two hundred items for guests to bid upon.
Our donations for Live Auction, Silent Auction, Raffle and Lucky Door Prizes came from supporters near and far. Our sponsors were extremely generous. Our parents and friends donated their time, energy and prizes.
Eddie's Entertainers once again stole the show.Our performers were not only skilled, but they entered into the spirit of the night and turned into true stage troopers.
We have raised in the vicinity of $154,000 which is an inspiring result. Our Wish List for the evening attracted a lot of attention and as a result many wishes were granted. These funds will be directed towards many areas of our building program.
We will very soon be emerging from the rubble and enjoying our wonderful new buildings and renovations; all due to the generosity of our Eddie's friends over the last five years.
To the individuals, businesses, sponsors, and our school community we could not have achieved such an outstanding evening without you.
