Student Well-Being

St Edmund's is committed to managing student well-being. Individual behaviour plans are designed for targeted students and every effort is made to ensure a consistent approach. A range of practices are implemented, mainly rewarding positive behaviour with praise, preferred activities, tokens, and through our 'Student of the Week' and 'Eddie's Best' awards.

Student well-being issues are discussed in Student Well-Being Action Team (SWAT) meetings, student update meetings and whole staff meetings, all of which are weekly. We encourage a strong collaboration between home and school in all individual student well-being matters.
