St Edmund's holds many events such as the Mother's Day Breakfast, Discos, Father's Day Breakfast, Art Exhibition and Eddie's Live at Abbotsleigh. The College also runs structured fundraising activities and events. Our main fundraising event is Eddie's Big Night Out, which is held in June each year. Along with our Charity Challenge Golf Day and Gala Dinner, and Wahroonga Rotary Breakfast, these events help raise awareness of disability and for the College and raise much-needed funds for programs, resources and teaching and learning activities for the students.
St Edmund's is very fortunate to have Eddie's Mates - a group of parents, ex-parents and well-connected business people in the community, who generously give their time to support our fundraising, specifically Eddie's Big Night Out. Eddie's Mates started in 2007 and the Mates, combined with our parent community, have raised over $2.5 million in funds - supporting the upgrades of classrooms, programs and facilities at the College.
